Take a pan in the gas, add chena, 1/2 cup sugar & boil the mixture. (If you do not have chena, boil 1 litre of milk, add 1tsp white vinegar, as the milk curdles, drain out the water using a cloth & chena will be ready)

As water in the mixture gets evaporated, add grated mawa & stir in low flame.

When the mixture gets sticky, remove it from heat sauce.

Mix the dough using hands, make round balls with it & stuff it with the small sweet balls.

Make thick sugar syrup by boiling water & sugar. Cool the syrup. Dip the stuffed sweets in the syrup & coat them with sugar globules. Make all the Raskadams in this process.
Your Raskadam is ready to serve! Serve this in butter paper.
