Sattu flour Malpua

Take a bowl put sattu flour,semonella well though mix up gently

Pour milk,add baking soda mix well as per required mix water to make free loosing batter kind as to make Malpua

Mean while take another container put sugar pour water for sugar syrup on the flame keep boil add lemon juice on to that

Keep boil while sugar syrup is as get one string consistency then add cardom powder mix well turn off flame keep a side,heat an oil for deep fri as oil heated keep on medium flame pour batter on middle as gently fri well as leaves to the cadai turn another side,o once it get golden colour floats an oil drain oil put into sugar syrup

Plate up all sugar dipped Malpua decorate kaju pieces ready to serve
