2boiled raw bananas
1boiled potato
1/4 cupgreen peas crushed
1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder

1/2 teaspoongaram masala
1/2 inchginger grated
1green chilli chopped
1/2 cupbread crumbs
to tasteSalt
As requiredOil for shallow frying

In a bowl add boiled banana and mashed with a fork.

Add boiled grated potatoes, green peas, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mint leaves,garam masala, grated ginger, chopped green chilli, bread crumbs, and salt.

Mix all the ingredients until form a soft dough.

Take a small portion of dough and make a kabab and shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney, tomato ketchup.
