First of take mixture grinder add cooked steam rice and chopped Palak then add few amount of water then grind well after then add black pepper, salt, garam masala, garlic onion paste, green chilli paste and mix well with the help of spoon.

Then add this besan or mix well again after heat oil in a kadhai then put this mixture in small ball or round shape and frying in the medium flame. Finally serve with salad, chutney and souce.
