  • Rice
  • I cup of rice
  • Halftablespoon of salt
  • 1 cupand half of water
  • Stew
  • Vegetable oil
  • 3seed of African nutmeg
  • Scoth bonnets
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Maggie
  • Curry
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your rice and cook

  2. 2

    Stew: get your pepper, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, and nuts and grind pre- smooth

  3. 3

    Put your oil on a hot dry pan, add some diced onion fry till translucent and pour your tomato paste and fry, then pour your blended pepper fry and add your spices and stir fry till dry

  4. 4

    Scoop and eat with any food
