Take carrots and wash. Then grated approx 600gms. Now take a pan and heat, add ghee,carrots and saute them for 10 mins.when it's become smooth and transparent now add milk and stir it continuously. Meanwhile add grated dry fruits & elaichi / green cardamom powder. After sometime add milk & mix. When it looks like dough consistency now add sugar & mix well. When it colour is become saffron the halwa is ready

Then add elaichi powder & stir it, transfer it to grease plate and press with catori to provide equal level garnish with dry fruits. After that cut into pieces &\ store in containers.
