Steps

Firstly take a cooker and chana and salt boil in 15/20 min.

Now make a paste of onion, tomato,ginger

Now take a add oil and heat it now add paste, onion and tomato fry it. now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder powder mix it.

Now add boil chana in it and mix it well and 10/15min.on low flame.

Now white chana is ready.

Serve it rice and chapati
