Cut the riped banana into slices. Then add two table spoons of ghee. Put sliced banana in. Fry till it turns into brown colour.

Then add brown sugar or jaggery mix it well.

Wait till the banana and sugar caramelized well. Add pinch of cinnamon powder it gives nice aroma to the recipe. Kids will love it. Cinnamon helps to reduce the cough
