Water Spinach Stir fry(Kalmi ka saag)

Wash the water spinach and finely cut it.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic green chilli and whole dry red chilli in hot oil and fry for 1 minutes.

Add chopped water spinach and mix it and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

After 2 minutes,Add salt according to the taste and mix well and cover it, and cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.

After 7-8 minutes remove the lid and cook for 2 minutes,keep on the medium flame and stir continuously.

Turn off the gas and serve hot with hot roti or steam rice.
