3 servings
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupjaggery
  • 1 cupghee
  • 1 tspdry ginger powder
  • 1 glasswater
  • 1 handfuldry fruits like pistachios,almonds,cashews

Steps

  1. 1

    Shallow fry flour adding ghee on medium flame till golden and fragrance comes out

    Then add crushed jaggery and 1 glass of water.

    Add dry ginger powder

    Mix well and cook till thickens.
