Blend scotch bonnet keep aside.fry palm oil with onion and set aside. Sieve flour in a bowl,add blended pepper,maggi,salt then add water and mix. Put palm oil and mix again, slice onions and add.

Place fry pan on fire,sprinkle palm oil,scoop ur mixture and put on d pan. Flip once bottom turns to red/brown.

Serve with yaji
