In a pot fry the onions with the herbs till the onions are brown, add the meat pieces, garlic and ginger, braise for 15 mins.

Add little water and let the lamb cook for 40mins or till soft, letting it brown on both sides. Add the potatoes, mix veg, salt according to your taste and pepper powder.Add little more water and cook till the potatoes are done.

Add the bisto powder mixed with little water to thicken the gravy and cook through for 10mins.Enjoy with rice or bread
