Cut the corners of the bread and mix in it along salt,red chilli and garam masala

Mix it properly till it will look like smooth dough.shape it as you desired

Heat oil in kadai.fry cutlets on medium flame till golden brown.

Note -you can prepare kababs and store it in fridge for 2 days.fry it when you want
