    Peel plantain

    Preheat oven

  3. 3

    Grease your rack with oil and arrange

  4. 4

    Place in your oven and allow to roast after 15 min, turn to the other side to be evenly roasted

  5. 5

    Your roasted plantain is ready, eat hot with groundnut, oil etc as desire
