Ingredients

  1. 2 teaspoonspanch poron powder(homemade)
  2. 2 teaspoonsdry garlic chutney(homemade)
  3. 2small green chilies finely chopped
  4. 3garlic pods finely grated
  5. 1/2” ginger finely grated
  6. 1small onion finely chopped
  7. 1/4coriander powder
  8. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  9. 1/4roasted cumin seeds powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 pinchhing
  12. leavesFew curry
  13. Cleaned mushrooms
  14. 1 table spoonoil
  15. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and wipe the mushrooms clean with a kitchen cloth.

    Add a tsp of oil and mustard seeds. Let them splutter. Add hing, curry leaves,onions, ginger and garlic. Sautee till they turn translucent. Add the salt and spices one by one. In the end add panch poron mix and dry garlic chutney and let the mixture cool down.

    Stuff the mixture into the mushrooms and shallow fry them till the are soft and cooked. You can choose to close the kadai with a lid and cook them in simmer too.

    Serve them with rice or roti.
