Ingredients

  • 1 kgflour
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1simas
  • 4eggs
  • 2 tbspnbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Seive flour into a bowl, add sugar, baking powder, egg, butter, salt and add water on it.

  2. 2

    Make the dough to be soft and cover to stay for 15mints

  3. 3

    Roll out the dough and cut into shapes and then fry it in oil on a low heat
