Put already sieved flour in bowl, add salt, baking powder and the butter, rub together until the butter dissolve into the flour well

Add the sugar, mix and then the egg, rub together using hand to mix well

Add lukewarm water, mix until it turns to soft dough and cover for 20 minute

Pound washed pepper with onoins

Add the pound ingredients to the dough

Sprinkle flour on back of silver tray or kneading table, divide the dough into 2 half and put one half on the tray mix again (if its sticky add sprinkle little flour) and roll out using rolling pin or bottle. Cut in strips.

Use kitchen scissors to cut into desired size into another try and sprinkle flour on it so they wont stick together

Do same procedure with the second half of the dough until it finish

Deep fry in oil until brownishin Color. Ready to serve
