Ingredients

3-4boil and mashed potatoes
1 cupoats
1carrot shredded
1-2green chilli
1 table spooncoriander leaves finely chopped
1small piece of ginger (grated)
Few pistachios finely chopped
to tasteSalt according
to tasteGaram masala according
to tasteChat masala according
1 tea spoonlemon juice

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and make dough like consistency.

I shaped it like pineapple and shallow fried it on griddle.

I have added chutneys in cuts when it was on griddle.
