Ingredients

  1. 1Giant Zucchini
  2. 2 tablespoonsSea salt
  3. 1 ozShio Konbu
  4. 4table spoons Dashi Shoyu
  5. 1” cube of chopped ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel zucchini with Peeler in stripe

  2. 2

    Cut into size 8mm thickness

  3. 3

    Chop ginger into small pieces

  4. 4

    Put cut zucchini into a bowl and put sea salt and mix and leave for 20-30min

  5. 5

    Drain water from zucchini out the bowl

  6. 6

    Add ginger and shio konbu and wait for 20-30min.
