Wash and soak rice for about 30 minutes.
In a large pot, add water, rice.Get ready he spices. - 2
Now heat oil in a pan.Add bay leaves,cardamom,cloves.Saute and add water salt.In another pan roast almonds and cashews.

Let it cook until rice is 70% cooked.keep it aside.

Now for making biryani masala dry roast dried red chillies,coriander seeds until they get brown.

Grind them into fine powder on getting cold.

Now chop vegetables.Heat 2 tablespoon ghee in a non-stick pan.
Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds and sauté the whole spices for few seconds or until fragrant.Now add chopped onions and sauté,add ginger garlic paste and sauté. - 7
Add prepared biryani masala.Microwave the chopped vegetables for two minutes.Now add them into pan.

Mix well.Add roasted dry fruits,raisons.Now add boiled rice.Add saffron milk.Mix lightly and cover with lid to mix in with all flavours for about five minutes on very low flame.Add green leaves.Serve hot by garnishing in your own style.
