Pea pods Bhaji
Steps

Take out the peas from the pods and open it, cut from the top and pull it down,a thin peel will come out and pull it at once down.We have to throw the thin peels and save the pods.

Wash and dry the pea pods properly.

Chop them roughly according to your taste.
In pan heat vegetable oil. - 4
Add the chopped onions.When they will get brown in colour,add the chopped garlic and green chillies.
Cook for one minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for two minutes. - 5
When oil starts separating from the masala, add turmeric powder and chilli power.
Now add salt and chat masala.
Add the potatoes to cook. Cover and cook for another five minutes on slow flame. - 6
When the potatoes are 75% cooked add the chopped Peas pods.
Cook for about 5 minutes.Add chopped Coriander leaves. - 7
Serve hot as a side dish.
