Steps

First cut beans small in pieces and wash it then heat the pan.

Put water into it boil the water after boiling put the beans to the water and keep it for two minutes.

Then remove from the water and put to the cold water to the beans for blanching it and keep aside.

Put another pan to the oven add oil when heated put mustard seeds and crushed garlic stir it
- 5
Put beans to the pan stir on high flame for a while then slow the flame add red chilli flakes add salt to the pan add little bit of red chilli power and mix well

When beans become soft add coriander leaves and lime juice to the pan mix well and tasty dish is ready.
