Steps

Peel the bottlegourd and cut into thin round slices.

In a mixing bowl put all ingredients except oil.

Now add little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.

Heat oil in a pan dip the bottlegourd slices into the batter.
- 5
Drop them into medium hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour and crisp.
