  1. 250 gramspointed guard
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  4. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 spoonrice flour
  7. 2-3 spoonsoil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the pointed gourd peel and cut into two parts.

    Now add all ingredients except oil and mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry these pointed gourd both sides till golden brown colour.
