  • 1big bowl green peas
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 2tomato finely chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 spoonginger - garlic paste
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 spoongaram masala powder
  • 1/2 spoonchana masala powder
  • 1/2 spoonCumin Powder
  • 2 spoonsoil

  1. 1

    Heat a cooker put oil, cumin, green chilli and ginger - garlic paste saute till raw smell goes away.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and saute until translucent than add all spices and chopped tomatoes saute for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add green peas and saute for 3-4 minutes than add 2 cups of water and close the lid and take 3- 4 whistles.

  4. 4

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
