Ingredients

1 cupmaida
1 cupmilk powder
1 1/2 cupmilk
2 tbspsauf(optional)
as requiredSugar syrup
1 cupsugar
1 cupwater
1 pinchcardamom powder

Steps

Take a bowl put maida,milk powder,milk mix all together to make a smooth mixture add souf mix it rest for 20 minutes.

Heat a pan put some oil/desi ghee fry all malpuas.

Dip Malpua into the sugar syrup for 10 minutes after 10 minutes serve Malpua with chilled kheer.
