Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1green chilii finely chopped
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupbeans, chopped
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 4potatoes boiled and grated
  • 1/2 cuppaneer
  • 4 tbspcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 4 tbspbreadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tspkashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 cupbreadcrumbs for coating
  • 10cashews
  • as neededoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly In a kadhai heat oil and add green chilli.
    also add capsicum and saute. Than add beans and peas. saute it.

  2. 2

    Now transfer to the blender and blend to along with blanched palak.

  3. 3

    Transfer the blended paste into a one bowl.
    And add grated potato, paneer and coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Also add corn flour and breadcrumbs. And also add in all the spices and salt now mix it well.

  5. 5

    Then make a small patties.
    cover the patties with bread crumbs and garnish with cashew.

  6. 6

    Now deep fry the prepared patties into hot oil.
    fry on medium hot oil, stirring occasionally.

  7. 7

    Drain the fried hara bhara kabab. So your harabhara kabab is ready to serve.
    finally, serve hara bhara kabab with sauce or green chutney.
