My mum instilled the love of baking in me from the tender age of 11. Back in the nineties we grew up eating these simple old fashion yet delicious cupcakes made with butter,flavorsome! Every home had memories of eating them back then.. Treasured memories!

Preheat oven 180 degrees. Put dry ingredients - sugar, flour, baking powder - first into processor /bowl /mixer. Add rest of ingredients - soft butter, eggs, vanilla essence, milk - and beat well for 3 mins.. Spoon into paper cups placed into a cupcake tray, sprinkle 100thousands.Bake for 10-15 mins or till golden. Enjoy hot from the oven!
