Steps

Take a packet of mushroom and gently wash them and break the stem.

Take a pan.heat oil in it.add garlic and saute.add chilli,spinach,and cook till water evaporates

Chop the stems of mushroom and saute with spinach.add salt, pepper,mix herbs,chilli flakes and mix well

Add cheese and mix well

Take2 mushrooms and stuff the filling in the cavity.

Join them with a toothpick and coat in slurry and roll in bread crumbs or corn crumbs

Deep fry in hot oil and serve hot
