Preheat oven 180 degrees. Grease pan. Beat eggs, adding sugar little at a time till fluffy.. Add flour mix a little.. Boil milk, vanilla and butter. Sprinkle baking powder over batter, throw boiling liquid over it will bubble.. Mix well, pour into greased pan.. Bake 180 for 20 mins.. Cool and decorate as desired.. Butter cream, jam, chocolate ganache or leave plain.. Yummy!
