Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl,mix well and make a soft dough,using very little water.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and shape each portion into cylindrical roll.

Arrange the rolls on a siever and steam it in a steamer for 10mins or till knife inserted in muthiyas and comes out clean.

Remove, cool and cook into thick slices.

Keep aside.

Heat oil in a non -stick pan or kadai.

Add mustard seeds

When the seed crackles, add hing and seseame seeds.,saute on medium flame away for few seconds.

Add muthiya,saute for few seconds on slow flame or till muthiya turn brown.
