In a sufuria boil water and add the noodles. Let them boil till cooked. Drain any excess water

In a non stick pan, lightly grease it and fry the eggs scrambled into bigger chunks the better. Set aside

In the same pan, fry the bacon till crispy. Set aside

Use the same pan, add onions and sweat them. Add carrots and capsicum and fry lightly. Add drained cooked noodles and eggs and fry stirring constantly

Chop the bacon and add it to the noodles. Mix and turn off heat. Serve hot
