Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gsedanini pasta
  • 150 gtin of tuna, drained
  • Handfulpitted black olives
  • Clovegarlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Small tin of chopped tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Fry garlic gently in oil. Add chopped olives and cook for 1 min. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5-6 mins

    Add the tuna. Stir and cook for another few mins until pasta ready. Drain pasta add to sauce. Mix well. Remove garlic

    Serve with fresh parsley :)
