Powder the sugar

Stiff the dry ingredients (all purpose flour+baking powder+salt)

Sperate the egg white and yolk
- 4
Whisk egg white and cream of tartar, a tbls of powdered sugar till stiff peak formed
- 5
Whisk egg yolk and powder sugar in separate bowl also add vanilla essence till creamy texture or wavy consistency

Gently fold the dry ingredients in to the egg yolk mixture
- 7
Also gently fold egg white mixture in 3 parts
- 8
Transfer it to the pan and bake it in a pre heated oven 160 degree for 35 -40 mins.
