Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsall purpose flour
  2. 150 gmsmilk powder
  3. 150 gmsbutter
  4. 200 gmssugar measure and powder it
  5. 1 tbspbaking powder
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. as requiredMilk
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. 1 1/2 tbspcocoa powder
  10. 1/4 tspred food colour

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing bowl beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy creamy seive dry ingredients twice and add in butter mixture in batches add vanilla essence and mix it divide it in three parts add colour in one and cocoa powder in second

    Take baking pan grease and dust now assemble batter one by one three layers and mix random with whisk.

    Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 25/30 mins or till toothpick comes out clean cool it and demould it cut it when completely cool keep it in air tight container it's best for 4/5days but vanish in hours.
