Steps
- 1
Take a pan and add milk in it. In milk add half onion, cloves and bay leaf and let it boil for a few minutes until the milk absorb the flavour of onion, cloves and bay leaf in it. Then strain the sauce.
- 2
Take another pan and add butter in it. Butter should be at room temperature. Add maida in it and cook for a minute then add strained flavoured milk in it and whisk it quickly and continuously so no lumps will form. Add salt and black pepper to it. Cook it till you get the desired consistency.
- 3
In another pan add oil. Once heated add capsicum and onions to it. Cook it for two minutes then add boiled sweet corns to it. Now add salt to it. Now add boiled pasta to it and stir well and mix the white sauce to it. Cook for couple minutes and your white sauce pasta is ready. Serve it with chilli flakes and oregano to add flavours to it.
