Cut the buns into two and spread mayonnaise on the buns and it a tbsp of the milk on the buns, keep aside.Wash the mince meat and leave on a strainer for water to drain out.put onion,salt,ginger garlic paste and meat tenderizer in the mince meat and mix.add in the egg and mix well.

Put a pan on heat.drizzle it with oil,make a ball of mince meat then spread it on a paper and place it on the pan,cover and let it cook on low heat.Turn after few mins when brown colour.cook on both sides.

Cook all the minced meat into patties.cut tomato and fry on the pan with the last Pattie. Place the Pattie on one side of the bun and then put the tomato slice,(salad can be used),sprinkle cheese and place in oven to melt.cover with the top piece and serve
