Sieve all purpose flour

Grate mawa.

Take all purpose flour in a bowl and add mawa to it, make a paste using milk and put paan leaves and essence, keep it aside for 15-20 minutes

Take a wok and add sugar and water and stir continusly till the sugar dissolves completely and make a one sting sugar syrup.

Take a flat pan, and heat pure ghee and low the flame, pour a spoonful of mawa mixture in it, when it's cooked from one side, turn it to another side and let it cook.

Once cooked, transfer it to the sugar syrup and leave it for 4-5 minutes.

Cook other malpuas with the same method

Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio.
