Steps

Take the flour mix with the yogurt. Let it be a thick batter. Cover & leave it to ferment overnight

Next day, put the salt,sugar,green chilli paste,semolina. Mix well. Add very little water

Now put the steamer on gas & let it heat. Meanwhile take 2 big spoons of the batter in the a bowl. Put 3/4 tsp Eno mix so its foamed.

Take a steel plate grease it with oil. Pour the batter & put it in the steamer. Cover it

Steam for 15 mins without opening. After that remove & make another batch

Now for tempering. Take oil add the mustard seeds,then adafoetida, red chilli,sesame seeds once it splatters add the curry leaves. Pour this mixture on the dhokla, garnish with coconut,dhania. Cut into squares

Serve with chutney
