Make a smooth paste with the cornflour,salt,water. And dry the baby corn with kitchen towels.

Heat oil on a frying pan.dip each baby corn in the batter and coat it well with the batter.pan fry the baby corn till the edges are goldrr brown.

In another pan heat oil.add chopped onions,ginger,garlic,green chillies.and stir fry them on medium flame.add the soy sauce and stir well.sprinkle black peppar,salt, sugar. Then add water and stir.

Now add the pan fried baby corn.sprinkle corn flour.mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.lastly add vinegar and stir again

And the crispy baby corn is ready.and serve the baby corn
