Dhaaba style Moong Masoor ki Daal

A very tasty and easy to make daal :) #dhaadadaal
Steps

Add all the ingredients in a handi and add water till half the handi and let it come to boil.

After first boil mix the ingredients and let cook on medium low flame till you see the lentils getting mixed and soft.

When the lentil (daal) is about to be done,prepare for the Tarka.

Add all the ingredients in the pan and let the oil to heat up nicely.when the chillies pop or the garlic and cumin turns the color,its time to pour the tarka into the handi.

Pour the tarka into the handi filled with daal and serve as it is..the handi keeps the food hot for longer time.and gives a unique taste to the food.

Serve with Kachumber salad,achars and hot naans :) daal gives a good combination with rice too :)
