Marinate chicken with little salt and lemon juice for at least 1 hour.Roast gramflour and set aside.Heat oil in a nonstick pan.Fry the chopped onion till transparent.Cool and make a paste of onion,yogurt,green chillies,melon seeds and cashewnuts or almonds.In the remaining oil sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala.When they splutter, add the chicken and ground paste.Add ginger garlic paste,cream and other masalas and salt and pinch of sugar to taste.

Toss all.Add roasted gramflour paste and 1/2 cup water.Cook on low flame as gramflour tends to stick at bottom.Sprinkle ghee,saffron milk,mitha attar and serve with rice, kabuli pulao or any flat bread.
