In a mixer jar add tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion, peas

Make smooth paste of all ingredients put it one side

In a pan add ghee when properly hot add hing, jeera seed, crushed mangori stir it

Mangori turns brown in colour add peas paste stir it 5 minute

Cover it with lid and cook 5 minute again at last add garam the

Ready for serving serve with roti or paratha or even rice also it is very tasty and delicious kadhi
