Ingredients

  1. 1 piecesalmon
  2. 1carrot
  3. 100 gramdried rice vermicelli
  4. 2onions
  5. 100 grampork chops
  6. 3tomatoes
  7. Salt, black pepper powder, chopped onion leaves, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
  8. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspooncrunchy fried sliced Asian onion
  10. 100 gramchopped fresh dill

Cooking Instructions

    Make the rock:

    Add chopped tomatoes, rice vinegar, turmeric powder into the broth

  3. 3

    Boil raw salmon with the hot broth

  4. 4

    Set rice vermicelli (after boil in 2 minutes and wash again by cold water) in to the bowl. Add salmon, fresh dill, chopped onions leaves, black pepper powder then pour the hot broth

  5. 5

    Add fried chopped Asian onion, a little bit lemon juice & Enjoy (You can also eat chopped fresh lettuce)
