Ingredients

  1. Sausage, Peppers, Onions
  2. 1 packagesJohnsonville Beer Bratt Sausage
  3. 2Yellow Bell Peppers
  4. 1 1/2Green Bell Peppers
  5. 1 1/2Red Bell Peppers
  6. 1/2 mediumOnion
  7. 3 cloveGarlic
  8. 3 1/2 tbspOlive oil
  9. 1 packagesSazon Vegetable Seasoning
  10. 2 tspItalian Season
  11. Rice
  12. 2 cupRice
  13. 3 1/2 cupWater
  14. 1 pintsSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Medium slice Pepper, Onions, Garlic and set aside.

    Heat oil in a large skillet then add peppers. Saute for 2-3 min.

    Cut sausages into diagnols (or rounds) then add to skillet.

  4. 4

    Then Add onions and garlic (to prevent from burning in the beginning).

  5. 5

    Continue cooking on medium flame until sausages are browned, and peppers are desired texture.

    Add Italian season and 2tsp of water and stir.

  7. 7

    The place a lid over and turn flame to low.

  8. 8

    In a separate pot pour in water to boil. Then add rice, stir then place lid on top.

  9. 9

    Once done salt to taste and serve....
