Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlflour
  2. 1/2 spoonpanch phoran
  3. pinchsalt
  4. 1 spoondesi ghee
  5. 1 cupwarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour add all dry ingredients,mix well add ghee and mix until crumbly then add water gradually and knead well to form a dough.Keep aside to set for 10-15 mins before you start making the rotis.
