Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgsteak
  2. Pepper
  3. Salt
  4. Honey
  5. Lime or sour salt
  6. 1 tablespoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Marinate the steak for 2 hours

  3. 3

    Place the pan on medium heat

  4. 4

    Cook the steak 5-10 minutes on each side.

  5. 5

    Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan for 5 mins.

  6. 6

    It is ready it can be served with mashed potatoes or chips
