Steps

First wash maash daal n soaked it for 2 hour

Then take onion half chopped it and fru ot in oil add ginger garlic paste

Now add tomatoe n red mirch haldi and bhonify it add salt also in this stage

Then add daal in it n add some water leave it in medium flame till daal becime tender and cover lid properly

Now when daal become soft pour it in a bowlm

Now tarka add half onion curry leaves red whole mirch cumin green chillies fry it in ghee

Add it on daal and serve it with chapaties
