1/2 glasssugar
2 spoonsghee
2 glasseswater

Heat the ghee in pan.

Add seviyan.

Cook on medium flame until it changes it's colour.

Add water and cook on high flame until water starts boiling.

When water gets dry add sugar.

Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.

Seviyan is ready to eat.
