4 slicesbrown bread
3eggs
1 cupmilk
pinchSalt
1 tspSugar
as neededVanilla extract
1/2 tspCardamon powder
1PinchKesar

In a bowl mix above ingredients except bread. Mix it properly
Dip bread from both sides and shallow fry it in butter fry till it brown from both sides.
Serve with honey or maple syrup or as it is with tea or milk.
